How do I return an order?

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please see returns and polices section for details

 

Where can I find care instruction?

Each product has unique instructions. Please go to the product’s page and read the description for exact instructions.

 

When will my order ship?

All products are made to order. Our general production time is 5-7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). During holidays or big sales events, this may extend a few days.

 

When will my order arrive once it has shipped?

All products (except coir doormats) ship from California. Shipping time will vary based on its destination.

 

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes! When your order is shipped we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

What happens if my item is damaged upon arrival?

If your product is damaged upon arrival, we will happily replace it for you. Please see our policies for how to get your replacement!

 

What if my item isn’t delivered?

If your package is marked shipped on your tracking number but was not delivered, please contact your local post office. See polices for full details.

 

What if my product is misspelled or incorrect?

Personalized Pet will copy and paste your personalization exactly as typed! Please double check spelling before submitting your order. However mistakes do happen from time to time. If we make a mistake on your order we will gladly replace it.
